Exit Strategy, open letters to the "Secretary-General of the United Nations" and the "Committee to Protect Journalists" convey three aspects of the same problem with various details. I recommend the addressee of one text consider the other texts.




Exit Strategy



"Accepting and respecting your and others' rights" is the formula of any exit strategy we can imagine.
With its seemingly understandable appearance, this short formula is sufficiently complicated that it could be fulfilled.
Having Wise Knowledge is inevitable for understanding theoretically and enforcing that formula practically. In other words, Wise Knowledge —as a result of Wise Education— causes "full development of the human personality".
Thus, without Wise Education, achieving the "full development of the human personality" demanded by Article 26 of the UDHR is impossible.

Whereas theoretical weakness leads to practical weakness, the well studying the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) is the keystone to overcome our theoretical weakness. Additionally, the UDHR serves as a guide to practical measures for emancipating ourselves from the multi-aspect crises engulfing us.

The UDHR is not a document for mere praise. That document shall be enforced but cannot be enforced if we do not understand it.
A more profound grasp of the UDHR lightens the path we must pace on and exit the predicaments.
Setting a dialogue about the UDHR's contents helps us understand them profoundly and shows us simultaneously the practical ways to change the course from extinction to sustainable life.
Consider, for instance, the UDHR's Preamble, where the assertion that "human rights should be protected by the rule of law" necessitates a deep understanding of "Law" and distinguishing True Law from Non-law.

Any self-styled law is not law, as "All that glitters is not gold." We never buy a non-law as law when we understand the meaning of "True Law" and its function.

The purpose of law in the UDHR is True Law, which differs from non-law. As was told: "What makes a directive a "True Law" is its origin, which is morality. Any directive that does not originate from morality is a non-law, no matter whether those lawmakers are chosen by the people or appointed by a dictator."
A "True Law" brings "True Order" and "Preventive Justice".

By writing my Six Volumes work and the website's articles, I sufficiently paid attention to "Wisdom" as the theoretical aspect of the Exit Strategy.
Now, it is time to pay attention to the practical aspect of the Exit Strategy because, without it, theoretical wisdom never leads us to practical wisdom.

In practice, we shall move from an "Unwise Atmosphere" to a "Wise Atmosphere" by removing every obstacle. In other words, we must transform the actual "Real System" into the "True System".

"Real System" consists of Real Philosophy, Real Judiciary and Real Politics(Realpolitik). And Real Journalism as an auxiliary institution.
They deserve the adjective "Real" before their titles because they cannot or don't want to see Reality as it is and have no commitment to transforming "Reality" into "Truth". Thus, they push humanity toward "Absolute Reality" or Extinction.

"True System" consists of True Philosophy, True Judiciary and True Politics. And True Journalism as a contributory foundation.
In human society, among all the necessities to build the "True System", only "True Journalism" exists.
The rest of the True System must be constructed, and that is your task and min, of course, if we want to exit from the extant situation.
Among three needed foundations —True Philosophy, True Judiciary and True Politics— I have taken to construct True Philosophy from scratch, and it is in access of my fellow humans. It means I have taken responsibility for "True Philosophy" and shall respond to philosophical questions.
So, it is time for me to stand beside True Journalists and contact all human family members to help build other parts of True System or True Judiciary and True Politics.

Many honest judges work within the "Real Judiciary". They profoundly desire to play their roles as the conscience of humanity, but they are a "Captive Conscience".
Such conscientious judges in the "Real Judiciary" are correct persons in the wrong place. Thus, calling them "True Jurists" is a suitable name. This group of judges and jurists can exert sufficient reforms in adjudication and transform it from the extant "Real Judiciary" into the "True Judiciary".

Undoubtedly, some unscrupulous jurists serve mighty men and work as subverters of justice. This group plays the role of obstacle in Exit Strategy.

"True Journalists" and "True Jurists" have proven their commitment to truth and justice with a sense of duty and unparalleled courage.
Ordinary people often know more about the perils threatening journalists' lives than the menaces judges confront.
Imagine how much bravery is required to be a judge during the peak of Nasizm's power in Germany and disobey Hitler's decree or deprive yourself of regular life for 25 years as a prosecutor in a modern democracy in Italy.
German judge Lothar Kreyssig (1898–1986) stood against Hitler's will, and Italian Public Prosecutor Nicola Gratteri cannot have an ordinary life today because the mafia wants to assassinate him as they did with Gratteri's precedes.

In the absence of "True Philosophy", things are going to get worse for "True Journalists" and "True Jurists" as two hopes for changing course.

As the researcher in "True Philosophy", I know how honest jurists are eager to understand abstract topics like Rights, Justice and Law.

During those years of searching for the meaning of philosophical subjects, I travelled a lot, talked with different types of people, and explained my efforts to find answers to abstract questions. Through those conversations, I hoped somebody would give me a clue to solving my problems.
Many honest jurists welcomed my attempts. Once, a judge told me: If you define "right and justice" —which other philosophers couldn't describe— it will be a breakthrough in our commitment and cause us to fulfil our duties more effectively.

The PDF "Captive Conscience" considers the difficulties that conscientious judges are confronted with.
Dutiful jurists have been obliged to respond to questions that philosophers are responsible for dealing with.
Presume the philosopher as a pharmacist and Jude as a physician. A doctor shall focus on a patient's problem and prescribe suitable medicine to cure him, not go to a laboratory and produce the necessary drugs for his patients.
According to the division of labour, a pharmacist is professionally qualified to prepare medicinal drugs, and a physician prescribes those drugs by considering his patients' needs.
Although pharmacists and physicians work within a National Career Service and have good medical knowledge, such a division of labour enhances NCS efficiency.
It is the same for my task as a philosopher and a judge's duty. My responsibility is to respond to the requests of jurists.
The judges have the right to demand answers from me for the essential questions they encounter.
Meanwhile, a True Judge needs my service as a philosopher; I depend on True Journalists' work as information providers.
Scientific Knowledge and objective information are my raw materials.
How can a pharmacist and a philosopher without raw materials produce a medicine or wise solution?

Like you and other humans, I am engulfed by fake news, disinformation and superstitious ideas, which can poison my mind and affect my job quality.
Avoiding fake news, disinformation, and superstitious ideas is critical for me. Thus, the existence of True Journalists is vital for True Philosophy and Philosophers.

This is my right to request Jurists protect Journalists if Jurists expect me, as a philosopher, to respond to their questions.
True Journalists fed me with objective news and facts. I process them in my library. The result will help the jurists to fulfil their duty —exerting justice through the rule of law.
True Journalists, Philosophers, and Jurists are three separate links.
Uniting these components and forming a chain is a necessary step on the right path, but it is insufficient.
Two more links are required to prepare the chain for usage: 1) ordinary people and 2) True Politicians.

The burden of informing ordinary people and encouraging them to participate in the exit process is on the shoulders of journalists.
Here, ordinary people mean those members of human society who fulfil other duties outside philosophy, judiciary, politics, and journalism.
Ordinary people fulfil their chores, pay taxes and elect politicians. These are enough to enjoy all rights asserted in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights —for instance, the rule of law— but in practice, it is not.

Ordinary people's votes must bring them Good Governance, which means a life full of happiness. If not, the actual political system or Realpolitik is morally responsible and legally accountable for all problems ordinary people see in society.

It has not been long since all of us experienced tragic changes in our lifestyles due to the emergence of COVID-19.
Millions of us died, and many more became infected and suffered because those who should protect the physical and mental security of people failed to do their job correctly.
We don't even know if COVID-19 came from a wild animal or leaked from a laboratory in China. Transparency in this and other fields is vital because knowing each incident's origin helps us avoid similar incidents in the future.
The extant political system or Realpolitik is morally irresponsible, legally unaccountable, theoretically ignorant, and practically inefficient.
Realpolitik cannot complete its duties appropriately. It should be replaced with a morally responsible, legally accountable, theoretically wise, and practically efficient political system. I call such a political system "True Politics".

This change from "Realpolitik" into "True Politics" goes through studying and understanding the Declaration of Human Rights.
We need to give our children an education that will complete their personality. Article 26 of the UDHR emphasises such education:
"Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms."

Ordinary people have the right to know that they deserve Good Governance, and True Journalism can inform people and encourage them to demand their rights from Real Politicians.
True Judges shall protect journalists and be the sanctuary of all oppressed humans.

In Exit Strategy, True Journalism has a pivotal role in three episodes:

1. Seeing Reality as it is and sharing it with society to change "Reality" into "Truth". [Please consider the article The Odd Relationship of Reality with Truth]

2. Providing objective news and facts to everybody, including philosophers. Access to such news and facts is vital for philosophers to fulfil their duties.

3. Convoying the philosophers' achievements in society —the judiciary, politics, and ordinary people— because having Wise Knowledge is everybody's right.

"Trying to Know Reality as it is and changing it into Truth" is our secret to achieving "Absolute Truth" or living forever in happiness.

True Journalists for revealing "Reality as it is" are in danger because such an act contradicts the interests of the Anti-wise Rulers of the World who want obscurity, not transparency. They want ordinary people to see such an amount of "Reality" that their interest allows. Meanwhile, True Journalists cannot manipulate "Reality" for somebody's satisfaction because of their moral commitment.

The disability to see "Reality as it is" causes us to lose "Control over Reality" and fall into the trap of "Disorder".
As time passes, the Anti-wise Rulers will feel more threatened by True Journalists' Reality revealing. Thus, the rulers must suppress the journalists more and more.
Freedom House Report 2023 approves my claim. The report says, "Global freedom declined for the 17th consecutive year."
In such circumstances, the defence of journalists' rights is a priority for everybody who thinks of an Exit Strategy.

Defending the freedom of journalists and ensuring their security is a matter of life and death for me because continuing my work on the philosophy depends on the safety of the journalists.
I hope that journalists themselves will pay more attention to the importance of their work for the future of humanity.

The non-existence of justice is a Reality we confront, and everybody, especially journalists, must see that as it is.
If you suppose there is "Justice" somewhere, it is a delusion; if you see it, that is an illusion.
Along with accepting this shocking and depressing Reality, the good news is that we can create justice and must do it. In other words, we can change that Reality into "Truth" by accepting it and implementing Wisdom.

Anyone or any institution that wants to end injustices in the world should consider the importance of creating a security umbrella for journalists and take practical steps into that path.
Superficial measures and decorative resolutions like "A/RES/68/163" lead us nowhere.[1]

If those resolutions could help, neither would we have the pessimistic report of Freedom House in 2023 nor heard António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations, despondent remarks on the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 2023.

Despite the ineffectiveness of those protective Resolutions, they are reasonable grounds to demand their enforcement. For instance, Resolution A/RES/68/163 urged Member States to implement measures countering the present culture of impunity.
Let me share with you a part of the background of "International Day to End Impunity for Crimes against Journalists" from the United Nations website:
"The United Nations General Assembly proclaimed 2 November as the ‘International Day to End Impunity for Crimes against Journalists’ in General Assembly Resolution A/RES/68/163. The Resolution urged Member States to implement definite measures countering the present culture of impunity. The date was chosen in commemoration of the assassination of two French journalists in Mali on 2 November 2013."

The question is: Can we change "the present culture of impunity" by some Resolutions?
My answer is no!

Indeed, the root of impunity sits profoundly in our minds and accepting it turns back to when we lived in the jungle. I argued this subject in my Six Volumes work, especially in Volumes Five and Six. In the Fifth Volume, you can read, for instance:
"Legal immunity" from the aspect of the Jungle Law is a lawful act because the Jungly Mindset accepts such immunity. The principle of impunity has been accepted by prey. Therefore, the lions and other predators were never prosecuted for killing other animals." [page 179]

Although we came out of the jungle 12,000 years ago and settled in cities, the jungle has not yet left our minds. A jungly attitude dominates our minds and forms our relationships.
"... we recreate the Jungle's relationships in the cities by giving impunity to powerful people, which makes the world a very dangerous place!" [page 185]

Abrogation of impunity is a priority for humanity, not merely an issue for protecting journalists.
We encounter a culture of impunity with deep roots in our minds, not a simple acceptance that could be changed with a few Resolutions.

Making the world's rulers morally responsible and lawfully accountable is the most urgent measure to get us out of this downward spiral.
To do so, understanding the full text of UDHR is mandatory.
Only by that type of education recommended by Article 26 can we change the extant culture of impunity.

Anyone who studies human society discovers our need for "culture purification" via appropriate education.
Italian Public Prosecutor Nicola Gratteri, who has fought against the mafia for a few decades, told the BBC correspondent:
"We still need a stronger system —and above all, we need to invest in education and culture." [2]

A trialogue between Philosophy, Journalism and Jurists can guide us toward "culture purification".
The pivot of our trialogue could be the UDHR. We can discuss the obstacles that caused that document not to solve our problems and bring peace to the human family.
As a philosopher, I am ready to prove impunity is a main hindrance to even teaching the UDHR to people. The politicians' impunity permits them to evade teaching the UDHR properly and pay nothing for such severe neglect.
Impunity is an immoral and illegal privilege for rulers of the human community.

We shall remove all theoretical and practical obstacles to understanding and enforcing the contents of the UDHR, and Rulers' impunity is an essential obstacle to learning the UDHR.
We need our Collective Wisdom. Everybody who can understand the importance of repairing the flaws in two-thirds of Homeostasis should join Philosophy, Judiciary, and especially Politics.
Humanity needs people with "Wise knowledge" to enter politics and take responsibility, which contradicts impunity.
Joining Politics must target impunity as an evil and enemy of achieving True Politics.
I joined the Swedish Green Party(Miljöpartiet) in 2012 when I discovered I was on the right path to answering my philosophical questions.
My purpose in joining the Swedish Green Party was to fight against the political apparatus from the inside and demand reforms. The most needed reform will be the abrogation of impunity.
At any level, any chosen politician shall expose himself to legal persecution.
When I start that project, I will report my measures to public opinion in BB(Bahman Bolag).
If you ask me if I had any delusions about the correctness of the Swedish Green Party's policy and joined it, my answer is no. I had no delusion about the competence of that political party.
Without wisdom, no political party can stop this destructive way that we drive fast on it —toward extinction.
Like all extant political parties, the Swedish Green Party is affected by irresponsibility, embodied in "silence".

Realpolitik is a hazardous system because it is unwise and irresponsible. "Silence" is the Real Politicians' offensive and defensive weapon. They despise to be questioned, which causes them to hate True Journalists because they ask questions.

By trying to break their silence, we must disarm the Real Politicians and deprive them of their strategic weapon. In other words, they are irresponsible; you and I shall make them responsible for their wrongdoings.
Their irresponsibility is guaranteed by impunity, which is against common sense and the spirit of the UDHR that emphasises: "All are equal before the law" in Article Seven.
The Rulers can violate human rights, killing humans and launching wars still because they enjoy impunity and remain exempt from punishment.
By cancelling the Rulers' impunity, we can purify the governmental apparatus of immoral, corrupt, and incompetent persons and open the way to reforms, which we need to solve the increasing problems.
Our weapons are our Collective Wisdom and the UDHR.
If it is possible, we must try to fight them collectively. Otherwise, everyone shall start to fight individually.
In other words, my indolence cannot justify your inactivity.
Anyone who sincerely wants humanity to get out of the crisis must become theoretically wise and take practical action; as a group, it is excellent; otherwise, individually. No one should wait for anyone else.

We should fight with Realpolitik everywhere, and in this war —without violence and bloodshed— Real Politicians' ignorance should be revealed to everyone.
Our profound grasp of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights text turns every word of that document into a spear that targets ignorance and unwisdomness.
We must aim for ignorance and unwisdomness, not ignorant and unwise persons.
Any Real Politician who doesn't like to take responsibility is an opponent, but from that moment, he admitted his ignorance and tried to become a wise human; he is our ally.
Thus, "sui-criticus" and admitting ignorance are criteria to know whether a person has moved away from unwisdomness.
If a person only blames others for the existing circumstances and considers himself innocent, he still cannot become wise.
I stepped on the path of wisdom when I admitted my folly and accepted that I had made a mistake and must make up for it.
Confessing to a natural flaw and trying to repair my Homeostasis malfunction was better than losing my mind and committing suicide, as many humans with TESI (Talent for Extraordinary Sensitivity to Injustice) do so.

World conditions are depressingly worsening. In such a circumstance, many people with TESI think of suicide.
Don't contemplate taking your own life.
It is not a solution if you kill yourself like David Buckel —a US lawyer who set himself on fire in climate protest.
Go toward the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is a hidden treasure. Discover its potential and execute it in practice. So you can save humanity.

David Buckel was a prominent US lawyer. If he didn't lose hope, he could, with his knowledge about the Real Judiciary, try to change it into a "True Judiciary".
Buckel could play a vital role in forming a new Resistance as you and I can.

The refusal to accept or comply with something means Resistance. In a historical context, "Resistance" encapsulates the courageous opposition and defiance displayed by individuals, groups, or communities against oppressive forces, unjust authority, or discriminatory regimes. It signifies a collective or individual struggle for freedom, justice, and human rights—for instance, people Resistance during World War II against Nazi Germany's rule in occupied countries.

The Real System imposes a type of "Order" on us that wants everyone to sit in a pre-determined place and do the assigned vocation. Such an order is "Real Order" or, in other words, "Disorder".
But humans should be placed where their talent and interest determine for them. We call this arrangement "True Order".
"Real Order" is the core of non-law that the Real System sells us as the law, but it is not "Order".
A non-law violates human rights because it doesn't originate from morality that guarantees human dignity and is based on accepting and respecting human rights.
Because I refused their offered "Disorder", I was defiant and a member of the New Resistance.

Indeed, the New Resistance is the continuation of the same Resistance against fascism during World War II but with other means and devices to prevent the recurrence of human rights violations and establish perpetual peace.
The New Resistance began officially in December 1948, but its reason's root was in humanity's desire for justice and the rule of law. The brutal manner of Nazism only provided sufficient mind preparations to materialise humans' old dreams. The second paragraph of the Preamble of the UDHR approves this claim.
"Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people,"
Thus, according to a few other reasons like this, the end of the preamble asserts:
"Therefore THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY proclaims THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS".

As a practical measure, we can target impunity and demand its abrogation because impunity allows governments to violate human rights without paying for it.
Abrogation of impunity makes everybody in every position accountable.
Thus, we shouldn't hesitate to open a case against our governments and urge justice for ourselves and our fellow citizens.
Even the defeat of a case teaches us sufficient lessons to manage a new case in a better way.
Any case against impunity can inspire others to do the same.

I began this article with a sentence, and I will conclude it with an evolved version of the same message.
"Accepting and respecting your and others' rights" is the formula of any exit strategy we can imagine, but when one doesn't respect his own rights, others appear on the scene to abuse his rights.
Ordinary people must be aware of their rights. They shall accept and respect their rights and not permit the governments, with the name of law, to infringe on their right.
Any directive that violates your rights is a non-law. Opposing non-laws is a moral duty, and fighting it is a wise obligation. Impunity is a non-law that must be abolished.
