Rule of Law:

The Rule of Law is a circumstance in which all members of society, including its political leaders, acknowledge the authority of the Law. This definition prompts tersely an inquiry into the nature of the Law, its origin[1], and its quality.

Indeed, the concept of "Law" does not align with "Jungle Law" or "Physics Law". Also, the UDHR does not endorse Laws enacted by the political apparatus that violate human rights as declared in the UDHR; such directives are considered Non-laws. Any honest and moral individual must protest against these and strive to transform Non-laws into True Laws.[2]

The explicit language of the declaration and the essence of every word and clause in the document, in line with the general spirit of the UDHR, call for the mutual acceptance and respect of each other's rights. Therefore, the Rule of True Law aligns with the intentions of the UDHR.

What does True Law signify, and what is its origin?

True Law regulates relationships among humans and between humanity and nature according to Order and Justice.
Here, "Order" means "True Order", and "Justice" points to "Preventive Justice".

"True Order" causes a human to find his place in humanity according to his talents.[3]

"Preventive Justice" ensures that each member of humanity enjoys their rights without the occurrence of imbalances between their rights and those of others.

Recognising the significance of True Law and its components, Order and Justice, Volumes Five and Six have been dedicated to these topics. I recommend that those interested in thoroughly studying these subjects delve into these volumes.

[1] Whereas the origin of Law is morality; thus, the "Rule of Law" must be the "Rule of Morality".

[2] Thomas Jefferson once stated: "If a law is unjust, a man is not only right to disobey it, he is obligated to do so."

[3] "Dignity" and "True Order" convey equivalent meanings, representing the same fundamental concept. While "Dignity" finds application in the realm of "Morality," [True] Order is specifically applied in the domain of Law and legal matters.
