Public Order:

Public order refers to the harmonious and peaceful functioning of society, ensuring that individual freedoms do not infringe upon the rights and well-being of others.
Achieving "public order" without considering the meaning of "True Order" and its origin "dignity" is an impossible mission.
Thus, we should repeat here what we learned about International Order:

"Order" is a system of management that allows each system element to settle in its place, whether the system is living or non-living.
In Humanity or "human family"—as the UDHR calls us— "Order" is the natural follower of dignity. This order should be termed "True Order," distinguishing it from another type that denies human dignity and is labelled "Real Order."

Dignity means that a human, from birth, has ample opportunities to discover and exercise their talents and to occupy their place in the human family.
"Dignity" and "True Order" share an equivalent meaning, representing the same fundamental concept. While "Dignity" finds its application in the realm of "Morality," True Order is specifically applied in the domain of Law and legal matters.

International [True] Order results from National [True] Order, and the latter becomes accessible when any member of a national society discovers and exercises their inherited talents and occupies their place in society.
If all humans can discover and exercise their talents and occupy their places in the human family, we will achieve 'International [True] Order.

The primary obstacle to achieving [True] Order at the national and international levels is a group that occupies a position in human society without possessing the necessary talents and abilities to fulfil their tasks. This assignment is Politics, which demands individuals with extraordinary sensitivity to injustice and sufficient knowledge to comprehend it.
