The health and well-being:

Health and well-being are not synonyms, but they are related. However, the terms "health" and "well-being" are often used interchangeably, but there are subtle differences between the two. Well-being is a broader and more holistic concept encompassing humanity, while "health" considers the individual human condition.

Let's define their meanings and then compare them:

Health means maintaining "Order" and "Balance" within the human body and mind through prevention —avoiding "Disorder" and "Imbalance". If prevention doesn't work, medical or surgical measures shall intervene and restore "Order" and "Balance".

Well-being means maintaining "Order" and "Balance" within the human family through prevention—avoiding "Disorder" and "Imbalance" by exercising morality and law.

In the UDHR, "well-being" comes after "health", and such an arrangement in Article 25 is not accidental. "Health" is the first; without it, feeling "well-being" is impossible. But even if one is in total health, he cannot sense "well-being" if "Disorder" and "Injustice" dominate within the human family.

Such interaction between "health" and "well-being" causes one to be in total health but not feel "well-being" because other humans suffer from "Disorder" and "Imbalance". In such a circumstance, the pains and agonies of other humans affect one's health and cause him to feel ill-being.
For example, despite being healthy in September 2001, I experienced nausea and vomiting for a few days after the September 11 attacks. It wasn't due to any physical ailment but rather the emotional impact of the disaster that made me feel unwell. I wasn't alone, and my ill-being wasn't unique. Many humans felt ill in those days, and their bodies and minds showed different reactions because we are members of a colossal body—humanity.
Due to the close relationship with human health and well-being, the World Health Organization merged these concepts and provided a comprehensive definition of health. According to the World Health Organization, health is "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity". Furthermore, the WHO emphasises: "The enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is one of the fundamental rights of every human being without distinction of race, religion, political belief, economic or social condition."
