Freedom means exercising "Rights" in practice. Thus, the exerting of each "Right" creates relative freedom. For instance, speaking with others and expressing opinions is a right.
If an individual can articulate his opinions and ideas without fear of retaliation, censorship, or legal sanction, he enjoys the freedom of speech because he exerted that right in practice.
Whereas exerting a right can lead to "Anti-freedom" instead of "Freedom", having a definition of "Anti-freedom" and distinguishing it from "Freedom" is crucial to understanding the UDHR and its contents.
Anti-freedom:
Anti-freedom is exercising a Right which destroys or damages the "Right to Life" or other rights.
Destroying the "Right to Life" ends all freedom for a living organism.
Distinguishing "Freedom" from "Anti-freedom":
Any freedom must fortify a Right that, in turn, causes the strength of the "Right to Life".
For instance, humans have the "right to food". Exercising this right in practice causes "freedom of eating".
The "right to food" and its relevant freedom(freedom of eating) bolster the "Right to Life" as an essential right. In such a circumstance, exerting the "right to food" leads humans to freedom, but how is it when exercising the "right to food" causes a human to kill himself?
Edible mushrooms can be valuable to a healthy diet, providing various nutrients and potential health benefits. For instance, Button Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) are the most commonly consumed mushrooms worldwide. They are a good source of protein, fibre, vitamins (B vitamins), and minerals (such as selenium and copper).
Exerting the "right to food" by eating Button Mushrooms leads to "freedom of eating" because that food bolsters the "Right to Life". But if the same person exerts his "right to food" by eating Amanita phalloides —commonly known as the Death Cap mushroom, which is responsible for the majority of mushroom poisoning deaths worldwide— the result is Anti-freedom because he can lose his Right to Life as the primary right.
