Everyone has duties…:


Point 1 of Article 29 of the UDHR serves as a warning to societies that deprive individuals of their right to develop their entire personalities. Ignoring the rights of even one citizen poses a potential threat to the community as a whole. In such a society, violating an individual's rights can lead them to become duty-free citizens (irresponsible) in the best situation and anti-social in the worst circumstances.

This aspect of Article 29 emphasises that human rights encompass individual rights. Every person and their rights are essential for a community, and neglecting them can have destructive consequences for society.
